The brand Ford Europa wanted to promote a new Ford B-Max model, communicating the main benefit of the new vehicle: the doors are not separated by the common central pillar, which allows for a 1.5 metre opening.
From an idea of the brand, ‘’skinamos’’ cars parked on Avenida 5 de Outubro, in Lisbon, through a canvas the same size as the entrance of the new B-Max.
The owners of the ‘’skinamos’’ cars were offered free washing at Ford dealers.
The action was filmed and ten videos were produced during the day, which were being published on the brand’s Facebook every hour.
In parallel, another video was produced, showing people with mobility difficulties while entering ‘’conventional’’ cars of competing brands. With each case, the advantage of easy access of the Ford B-Max was reinforced.
