The brand Talent Portugal was born with the purpose of being axis of contact between companies and professional talent. It presented itself not as a common human resources of contact between companies and professional talent. It presented itself not as a common human resources company, but rather as a community, a meeting point between talent and existing job opportunities, especially in technological companies and global service centres installed in Portugal.
We develop the entire brand image, from logo to iconography. We were inspired by the armillary sphere and the parallels demarcated by man as an aid to navigation and interpretation of the globe. These have also served to bring the various worlds of this world, the multiple cultures and their common interests closer together.
Finally, we designed and implemented a responsive digital platform, where applicants, after registering, could search and select the companies with which they most identified, access the various offers of each of them and thus direct their applications.
