To communicate that BLIP, a web engineering company installed in Porto, was hiring, we created an unconventional video.
We created a viral video that shows that Blip, besides offering excelent working conditions to its employees, has something that is unusual in information technology companies: women.
The strategy was to attract the attention of the female public, regardless of whether they work in the area or not, to enhance the sharing of the video and make it reach the computer engineers, who would then know that the company was hiring.

- 2 times more spontaneous applications received by Blip.
