Amarante Water Park
Key-visual developed for the summer season of the Amarante Water Park with the aim of illustrating a (lively) family holiday.

If there's a summer full of colour, fun and activities for everyone, it's undoubtedly at the Amarante Water Park. To demonstrate these attributes in a key visual to be implemented in what is the largest mountain water park on the Iberian Peninsula, we developed a graphic concept around an animated family (literally).

By taking advantage of the creative and scenic freedom that illustration grants us, we were able to produce all the scenarios - and stunts - we wanted, always with a focus on the diversity of activities that the Amarante Water Park provides to any member of the family.

This concept was applied to the client's website and social networks, as well as mupis, billboards and various physical supports throughout the complex. Amarante Water Park.

Creation of naming and key-visual for an official mascot of the Amarante Water Park.

An exotic and fun place like Amarante Water Park deserves a mascot to match. It was with this in mind that we developed a naming that had an impactful sound and was easy to pronounce, especially for younger audiences. This, of course, combined with a sensible meaning for the brand.
In the end, we found all these ingredients in the Tupi Indian language, to which the name "Macaw" is linked. Bearing in mind that the Park has always had this bird as a reference, our mascot was found - the Tupi.

From here, we developed the mascot's graphic identity, to which we borrowed much of the illustrative inspiration we had previously used in the Amarante Water Park.

O Tupi It immediately spread to the brand's social networks, to the Park's physical supports, as well as to the real world, through the creation of a costume that is now worn by an entertainer who, throughout the summer, tours the various areas of the complex and delights the little ones.
