Through a streaming broadcast to all Adidas facilities around the world, this initiative reinforced the brand's commitment to further empowering women in technology, promoting equality and inclusion.
Our biggest challenge was to communicate a powerful event in terms of sharing knowledge about this ever-changing sector for women, for an inclusive brand of excellence that not only keeps up with trends, but also drives them forward.
A video summarising the event was created and shared on the brand's official channels around the world. In an employer branding initiative that demonstrates that in addition to technology and inclusivity, the brand not only aspires to impact its female employees to go further, but all women.
