WYSIWYG

This brand awareness and recruitment campaign aimed to communicate a transparent and trustworthy identity, using informal, close but careful language. In addition to the message of honesty, the aim was to show a brand at the epicentre of Industry 4.0.
This image and video campaign took place in various formats, including billboards, banners and content for social networks.
Mupis and Posters
The different creatives could be found scattered around the city, in various strategic areas frequented by the campaign's target audience.
They easily stood out for their graphic design and good-humoured message. With great ease, via QR Code and in just a few seconds, potential candidates could consult the job vacancies.
Google Ads
This recruitment campaign focused heavily on developing a Google Ads strategy so that the target audience was reached efficiently. In this way, we got the job vacancies across to the largest number of interested candidates, always using sincere and transparent communication that emphasises the added value of this technology company.
Posts and Animations
Despite the strong component of content published in adverts, it was essential to produce a patch of communication on our client's social networks. The aim was to ensure that the communication of those impacted by ads and/or on the street was homogeneous when it came to finding out more about the company. With this in mind, short animations were created to have an even greater impact on their followers and on those who were driven by curiosity. These animated elements, combined with the text developed, gave the content greater dynamism and made it more appealing.
Two videos were created and produced based on the general concept and which, with a good dose of humour, convey two specific messages: that the director's door is always open to anyone who wants to speak to him and that team spirit and mutual help are always present in the workplace.
